Holiday Fireplace Shoot

For this week's blog, I decided to do a Holiday themed shoot in front of the fireplace. We got Christmas string lights from the dollar store to use as a prop, and we already had the festive trees and Santa cup that we used as well. For her outfit, Emily wore a white turtleneck and had two different pairs of pajama pants - one long and one short, on her feet she put on a pair of cozy socks. We also put a big blanket down for some of the shots as well. We started out with all of the lights on, but when we brought out the Christmas lights, we decided to turn the overhead lights down so that the Christmas lights would be the main focus of the shots.
